We have several online services available:
- Booking Appointments (from end September ‘09)
- Requesting Repeat Prescriptions
- Changing your contact details, including giving us your mobile number or email address
- Leaving Messages
If you have not already registered to use our online services, please call in to the practice to collect your registration form,
or email us at contact.merepark@nhs.net and we will post your form to your registered address.

CAR PARK
There is limited car parking space and it would be appreciated if you would vacate the car park as soon as possible after attending the Medical Centre. If you can attend without using your car, please do so but there is also a large council car park about 300 yards away next to the library.
A covered cycle rack is available in front of the building.
PRACTICE AREA
The practice mainly covers Alsager, Rode Heath, Church Lawton, Lawton Heath and Oakhanger. Please notify the receptionists of any change of address. People who are resident or temporarily resident in the practice area can register with Merepark Medical Centre.
