Repeat Prescriptions an On-Line Ordering

 

If you have a computerised repeat prescription slip, please place a tick against the drugs required and place it in the box provided at the Medical Centre or send by post (please enclose a S.A.E. if you wish the prescription to be returned by post).

 

You can also request repeat prescriptions ‘on-line’, once you have registered for this service-please ask receptionist for details.  

 

The local chemists all offer a collection/delivery service which you are welcome to take advantage of.  

 

If you do not have a computerised slip please see the receptionist.

 

Please allow 2 working days before collection.  We discourage telephone requests as they cause confusion, block other calls and take up valuable staff time.  They can only be accepted in extenuating circumstances.
