SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS

We are pleased to have your suggestions or views and a suggestion box is placed in the waiting room.  We also have patient surveys to get feedback on how you feel about our services.  

There are many stresses in general practice for Doctors, nurses and staff and we do try our best, but please be understanding.  If you feel any aspect of our service could be improved or has been below standard and you would like to discuss it, please arrange to see or write to the Practice Manager, Ms Renu Das Chaudhury or one of the Doctors.  If you wish to make a formal complaint this must be in writing.  We have a formal practice based complaints procedure which complies with National guidelines, details are available at reception.

 

 

PATIENT PANEL

The patient panel consists of 10-12 patients who aim to represent the views of Merepark patients and offer a two-way channel to communicate between the practice and patients so that we can respond and fine-tune our care.  You can contact the patient panel via email address mereparkpatientpanel@live.co.uk or through the medical centre.  They have a notice board and mailbox in reception.
